Jago Gili Air

We loved our stay. All the team were friendly but a special mention to Heri who noticed my husbands bday cake box and left a birthday surprise on the bed. He also helped us organise a private snorkel tour and e bike hire. Great location on the main street just a short walk from the harbor. We were prepared for the call of prayer mentioned in other reviews but it didnt even wake us. We liked the comfortable tv lounge area, great air conditioning in entire living space, water dispensor with filtered cold and hot water, daily housekeeping, breakfast and private pool.

The beds were a bit firm

Everything especially the staff

Nothing everything was brilliant

Clean, comfortable, easy to find and central. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a very relaxed stay in our villa.

Nothing at all - it was all good.

This was, without a doubt, the best stay we’ve ever had. 🤍 JAGO is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, incredibly clean and every little detail makes the place feel special. BUT what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people who work here. We stayed at JAGO during our honeymoon, and the entire team went above and beyond to make this part of our trip so special. Everyone was genuinely kind, warm, helpful and always smiling. We never felt like we were simply guests at a hotel — they made us feel so welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. The place itself is stunning, but it’s the people who give JAGO its soul. They turned our honeymoon on Gili Air into one of the most beautiful memories of our entire trip, and we will always remember them for that. Thank you to the whole JAGO team for everything. You made our stay more special than you probably even realize. 🤍 If we ever come back to Gili Air, there is absolutely no question where we’ll stay. 100/10 — we couldn’t recommend JAGO enough. 🥹🤍
