About this house rental
This is a home for those looking for space, tranquility and security.
For more than 25 years in the family, this home has always been home to family reunions and wonderful gatherings of friends, from high school, through college and now with their children. Our family still enjoys the property eventually, but we feel the need to move the house and provide new and good stories for more people.
So if you have a family that deserves a weekend or a good rest holiday, this is a great home for that. Or if you have a group of friends and want to spend fun days together, doing barbecue, taking a shower, going to and from the beach, which is a few meters away, without worrying about cars, traffic or crossing roads and avenues, ours home is really a great option.
Our house is in Toninhas, a quiet beach with clean and generally calm sea. It is a spacious house, with constant renovations and that offers much comfort for its guests.
There are 4 bedrooms, 1 master suite with queen bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds in each and another smaller suite with 1 standard double bed and 1 single bed. The living room and TV are large and airy with sofas, armchairs, puff and a toilet. Dining room with table for 8 people, just next to the kitchen. This kitchen is complete, with plenty of cupboard, full of utensils, microwave, 2 refrigerators, stove and 1 vertical freezer to store a lot of barbecue meat. We also have front porch for family and long conversations until late at night, balcony in the back, with large table for 8 or 10 people, barbecue and industrial stove for the chefs on duty! On the outside we also have a delicious shower ... and already notice that it is icy!
The house has fans in all environments including the kitchen. The doors are large, to air the house well when opened, but all have grills and several locks and locks, so that guests can actually go out to the beach or the city center with the sense of security that the Brazilian likes and needs .
On top of all this, our house is just a few meters from the beach. More exactly in the back street. However, you do not have to go around the block to get there. This is because there is a private parking lot on the ground in front of the house, with the passage released. Then just cross this parking lot (which is small and calm) and the beach, kiosk, caipirinha, beer and shrimp are right there.

Casa identica a descrição do anúncio. Muito linda, limpa, organizada. Camas e colchões super confortáveis, chuveiros ótimos, cozinha bem equipada. Prioritário, Sr Leandro, muito atencioso assim como sua funcionária Patrícia, ambos muito solícitos e acessíveis.
Casa praticamente pé na areia, muito bom pra quem não quer tirar o carro da garagem.
Ahh.. e muito importante, trancas e cadeados em todas as portas e portões, casa muito segura e bairro muito tranquilo. Certamente voltarei outras vezes 🙏🏼🙂
