Relax in modern home on an acre. Watch deer in back while grilling on deck. U-shape driveway for pulling boats or camper. Close to Dillon state park, muskingum river, Blackhand gorge. 30 minute drive to Dennison University, 20 minutes to Genesis or Licking Memorial hospitals, between Newark & Zanesville. Great hunting nearby in Licking & Muskingum counties. Buckeye Lake is 30 minute drive, National Trails Raceway 30 minutes. Quiet, relaxing area country home. Two bedrooms each with queen bed, two baths, washer/dryer, propane grill, smart TV in living room & bedroom. Full kitchen with dishes, pans, utensils, just bring food. Wheel chair ramp in front leading to front door. Supplied with coffee & tea. Quiet and peaceful.

This house is on a quiet and serene piece of property. Wonderful space with plenty of cooking amenities. It’s clean and you won’t be disappointed with the heated toilet seat with night light in the master suite. I had a relaxing getaway with my girlfriends. This our third visit and hope to go back soon.

We had a beautiful weekend in a clean, warm, scenic cabin. The beds were very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated, with many thoughtful homey touches such as assorted teas, coffee, and condiments. Everything was easy to find and use. We will definitely be returning here!

The house was clean, tastefully finished and in a secluded location between Newark and Zanesville. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. They even supplied snacks and drinks. The fee was very comparable to staying at a local hotel only you get the privacy of a house to your own.

The house is recently completely remodeled and beautiful. Quite, clean, luxurious and more than expected. Everything you would need if you forgot something. Quiet area in a wooded setting with all of the privacy you could ask for. I will use this VRBO again when returning to the area without hesitation.

Our first time to the beautiful state of Ohio was great. The countryside and farmland is very pretty with lots of wildlife, we saw deer almost every time we went somewhere. The house was spacious and well organized. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked with more than just essentials. Beds were very comfortable as was all furnishings. I would definitely recommend this property.

Very comfortable. It rained the entire time we were actually in the home so we did not have the luxury of enjoying the outside deck or fire pit as we had planned. Overall though, it suited our purposes since we had planned both days we were in the area.

Property was just what we needed, only downfall was the driveway parking situation was a bit tight with having trucks with car trailers to be able to maneuver in and out of the property. Overall experience was positive! Would recommend to anyone.

Barbs place was simply amazing. She had everything that you could possibly need. The house was clean, comfortable beds, nice big TVs with roku, board games, books, check- in and check- out was great, it was quiet at night and during the day. Plenty of space for parking, nice backyard was beautiful and large with a fire pit, nice size deck with grill. This was the absolute best place for my family and I because we traveled so far and we just wanted a very quiet, serene, relaxing place and Barb's home gave us all of that.. it was truly a home away from home. Thanks Barb for our stay.

Every year I take my wife away for her birthday. It was so nice there. They have games n a dvd player, some movies, everything u need is there. They even have snacks n other things to munch on til u can go to the store. Its so nice there my wife wanted me to ask if I could buy it lol. If I could I would give it more then the 5 stars I would. We would recommend this getaway to anyone.

Me and the wife celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary the day we arrived. We had no issues that I can think of. The location was quiet and relaxing. Pretty much everything we would have needed was there. Kitchen was well stocked with items needed for cooking and many extras. Would stay there again, no complaints.
