Location was very strategic to the needed amenities. It was close to shops, restaurants, Supermarket, and Train station.

La situation de l'appartement est plein centre, dans un quartier pittoresque proche de tous les commerces (boutiques, restaurants, pub) et de la plage. Par ailleurs notre logeuse Jacobine est charmante et disponible.

Veiller à ce que les précédents locataires nettoient consciencieusement les équipements de cuisine. C'est la seconde année que nous occupons ce logement spacieux et confortable, mais le four et le micro ondes n'étaient pas propres, donc nous ne les avons pas utilisés. Et nous avons dû relaver toutes la vaisselle.

The communication to the host was rapid friendly and clear. She tried to address most of the points I asked for which made our stay comfortable after a day. The rooms were clean and towels tidy too, it was pleasant to touch everything in the apartment, no stains or freeze surfaces. The location is fantastic for a family with kids, the beach is a few steps away, shopping opportunities and restaurants are around the corner, train station not too far. The city is fantastic and the sea was warm in August. We will definitely come back.

The address was slightly wrong which made me a bit of a hustle to figure out that was our home. Also, the info via booking and WhatsApp that they sent me was controversial and eventually the WhatsApp info was correct. The house is smaller and way less spacious as on the photos also some furniture was exchanged which made me doubt I was in a correct apartment. The bedrooms have no windows and it was visible from the add but what I did not foresee was that there is no fresh air in the apartment and in the bedrooms and it was hard to get the air there, we had to keep doors open as well as the front door. However it was not possible to dry thing inside, too much humidity. The kitchen is not fully equipped: although the dishwasher and coffee machine was there, the plates were simply too big for us and the kids struggled. And there was no tea spoons available, only one glass cutting board and no soap or shampoo unlike in the description. The host provided us with a plastic tea spoons solution. The apartment was pricy for the quality of stay we have got. As a main guest I felt uncomfortable bringing my family there. We were lucky the weather was outstanding and we spent a lot of time outside. Was it raining, we would have been locked in a tiny wet apartment for the whole day.
