It was soo simple!. Communication with the owners was easy and friendly. Easy to obtain access and the space as very clean, with easy access to internet and wi-fi. Place was close to downtown and easily walkable to the Caltrain, shops and grocery. Highly recommend. Only Con was the steep steps up to the doorway, which was a little hard for my 89 yr old mom to get on.

This was a great find! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and needed something more comfortable than a hotel room, and this was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Close enough to walk to restaurants downtown. I would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay for us. The apartment is so comfortable - great beds, comfy couch, nice towels, big tv and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was immaculately clean. So convenient - I walked into San Mateo, 10 min each morning to several great coffee shops (Blue Bottle and Bakehaus) and in evenings to dinner. A 5 min drive to all the shops and restaurant in Burlingame. Off-street parking was great. But most of all the wonderful owners were so accommodating when my travel changed and I stayed a whole extra week. There was a brief moment with a clogged drain and they had the plumber out within an hour - so responsive to all questions and needs! Perfect place to stay!

This little house was perfect for the two of us. There is a second bedroom so four people would easily be able to stay. House was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. We had a small SUV which fit perfect in the garage behind the house. Anything any larger would not fit. Great neighborhood and walkable to downtown where the shops and restaurants are. Would definitely recommend!

We sat in the outside area and relaxed in the evenings. We loved our stay! Regarding parking, we did not have any problems at all parking in the driveway.

My son, wife, and I traveled to the bay area for a Giants and 49ers games. The location was perfect for both games. The pictures for this property were accurate. I rented a full size car and had no issues parking on the property. Jocelyn was great with communication and was a wonderful host.

Located central to going south or north of San Fransisco which we needed to do this visit. Everything you should need can be found in this area and you can walk to the restaurant block. Tight space for small vehicles only otherwise park on street. Busy area but relative quiet at night. If you don't like hotels this could work for you.

Nice little apartment/house which was clean , well located close to downtown San Mateo, and well equipped. We walked every morning to San Mateo central park and spent the afternoons and evenings visiting our family close by. One minor caveat—Parking is fine BUT you must rent a small car.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The house is in a good location, a short walk away from downtown and cute restaurants. We were glad there was car park space in the garage rather than just street parking. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was clean and everything in relatively good condition. It would be helpful if they add blackout shades in the 2nd bedroom and if they supplied some laundry detergent. Other than that, everything was good.

We brought our kids to San Francisco to do some sightseeing and to see a Giants game. This property is located close to airport and made for an easy drive to Muir Woods and all the San Francisco tourist hot spots. The property was well equipped, safe, clean, and close to the grocery store and restaurants. Glad we had the opportunity to stay at this property.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was clean an neat. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and dishes and even some pantry supplies. The couch and the beds were soft and comfy. We didn't get to enjoy the shared outdoor area as it was raining during our visit, but it looked like it would also have been comfy. The best part was the location. It's only a few blocks from a bunch of really great restaurants. If you go one street over to B St and then walk south down to 3rd, you'll find fabulous dining that continues as you turn right onto 3rd. Everything we tried was excellent. The little house has been broken into three units. It didn't seem as if anyone was staying in the other two units when we were there, although someone did come to clean and we could hear her through the wall when we were in the bathroom. However, the layout was such that we probably wouldn't have heard the neighbors in the living room or bedrooms even if someone had been there. The only sort of downside is parking. There's a small parking spot behind the building that's usable if your car is little. If you have a mid-sized SUV or larger, you're probably going to need to park on the street and those spots sometimes filled up. Altogether, a very wonderful stay.

Nice two bedroom apartment with all amenities. No dishwasher detergent when we left but that is not a deal breaker. The parking situation was ok but I have a Honda pickup which would not fit into the on-site parking space. I had to search everyday for parking. It was never very far away, so it was only an inconvenience. Very easy to communicate with Jocelyn. Would stay again !

This property is very nice and great if staying with a pet or children. There is a well maintained yard in front with a wood fence with gates to the driveway and to the front walk. Easy to let dog out at night or morning without need for a leash. The bedrooms are nice with closet space and full length mirrors on door. Beds are comfortable and unit is quiet. Nice size bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to town for restaurants. We will definitely look to stay here again when in the area.

Most everything was great. The property looked as in the photos and communications from the host were fast and helpful. The space was perfect for the four of us, except for bathroom storage space for our toiletries, but it wasn’t a big deal. We could walk to downtown San Mateo or drive to Burlingame Ave in less than 10min. We were a bit unlucky in that we were in an area that suffered a 24hr power outage after a storm. Not much you can do about that. One night some rowdy guys raced their car several times through the otherwise quiet, residential neighborhood, blasting the horn repeatedly and surely waking up lots of people. We nonetheless felt safe and happy at the property and had a wonderful visit.

Location was perfect. Small front yard off of the rental was absolutely perfect. The weather held up. There was propane to be able to use the firepit and enjoy the back are. My adult daughter and I stayed here for 10 days and from the moment we arrived through our departure we had a terrific stay. Carlton was helpful, responsive and beyond accommodating. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well appointed, and there were new appliances and nice updates throughout the house. Plenty of linens, pillows, towels, and natural light. Located in a family friendly neighborhood with local Mercados within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
