About this house rental
This 3 bedrooms and 1 bedroom cozy home is kids friendly, good for a family vacation. It is also suitable for business trip with high speed WIFI. It is well equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay! Master bedroom has a king size bed that sleeps two. The other two bedrooms have one queen bed and two double beds. The sofa in the living room can also be converted to a bed if needed. The house has a keyless entry. This ensures your safety and maximizes your convenience so you never have to worry about losing or forgetting your keys. All towels, bed linens and duvet covers are washed after each guest's stay. They are all 100% cotton and suitable for people with allergy.
You can easily take a Uber from the SF International airport to our home ( 9 min away). You can get around by Uber ( a lot of uber drivers all the time ), rental car ( 5 min ) and Caltrain ( 4 min ).
15 minutes walk to San Mateo Downtown. 11 minutes walk to Cal Train Station, which takes you to San Francisco in 30 min( directly to AT&T ballpark to watch the SF Giants ), and San Jose 45 min.

Nothing but great things to say about our stay in San Mateo at Sharon’s. The place is clean and highly functional. Our family loved coming back from a hike, the convenience of downtown San Mateo, or visiting friends and sites in San Francisco to the open kitchen/living room set up, making avocado toast or a quick dinner while chatting and catching up. We also really loved the breakfast nook that leads to the backyard- such a nice place to have a morning coffee and read! Parking was easy!
Also wanted to mention how great Sharon was at helping us with difficulties we had extending our stay, being flexible with check out time, etc. Really helped us have a smooth experience in San Mateo! Thanks so much- hope we will be back soon!

The house was okay, good location. House had some damages in the inside. Front door didn’t seem secure since the frame was broken and I have kids. A lot of windows without curtains no privacy. This place has a lot of potential, just needs work. landlord was great, good communication.

San Mateo was the perfect location, close to everything! The property manager was easy to reach and took care of the tv cable issue from a squirrel 🐿 mishap immediately! We were impressed with the service.
