Appartement conforme pour le prix.
Positif : le prix et les équipements (lave vaisselle, linge, seche linge....). Proxy juste à côté.
Négatif : Ménage superficiel, appartement peu occupé et çà se voit. Manque des portes pour les salles de douches. Aucun porte-manteau, repose serviette rudimentaire.

L’appartement est bien, mais la cuisine sous-équipée. 1 seule casserole, 1 fait-tout et seulement 7 couverts dans un appart pour 7 personnes c’est trop peu. De même, une cafetière trop petite au vu du nombre de locataires. Un + pour les jeux d’enfants et jeu de carte, c’est sympa d’avoir ça dans la loc. Et c’est agréable d’être accueille par quelqu’un (et non de trouver les clés dans un boîtier près de la porte comme ça se fait de plus en plus !).
