About this apartment rental
We rent a newly renovated, about 45sqm apartment with balcony in a close to Lake Chiemsee country villa with large garden. Take a vacation in one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany! You want to practice water sports, hiking, biking - or just relax and enjoy the Chiemgau with its numerous destinations and the varied gastronomy? With this apartment you have found a great accommodation in a great location!
The modern furnished apartment has a living space of approx. 45 m² and is located on the first floor of a beautifully situated villa with a large garden.
It has u. a. There is a double bed, a dining table, a seating area, a Smart TV, a tea kitchen, a desk and a design bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of light and open up the view into a picturesque garden.
The newly laid oak solid parquet provides a homely atmosphere. A spacious balcony provides additional enjoyment and relaxation.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hot plates, a dishwasher and a microwave. It is only designed for breakfast, Vesper and small dishes use. Please avoid activities or foods that could lead to heavy soiling or odor nuisance.
The bathroom, designed in the design line Laufen living, has u. a. a toilet, a sink, a shower and plenty of storage space.
The spacious garden offers many opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
Although only a few minutes walk from the center of Prien, the house is surrounded by nature and surrounded by meadows and fields.
The Chiemsee with numerous excursion, bathing and sport possibilities is only scarcely 2 km far away.
The travel time to Rosenheim by train or car is about 15 minutes.
