the apartment has been recently renovated and has very cozy indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy peaceful days near the lake
on the ground floor: the kitchen, the bathroom, two bedrooms, living room and veranda as well as an outdoor terrace ideal for eating literally in the shade of the olive trees.
in the basement a bedroom, a bathroom and a tavern.
large and sunny garden surrounded by olive trees from which we produce excellent extra virgin olive oil
quiet and quiet area on the edge of the village. pedestrian path to the center (5 min walk)
The street where the house is located is a closed road so no passing traffic.
the sounds of cicadas crickets and birds will be the only sounds that will keep you company by day and by night

Very quiet neighbourhood in Padenghe sul Garda. 10 min walk to village centre with bank, bakery, and a couple of cafes. Great base for exploring the west coast of Lake Garda. Supermarket a 5 min drive/20 min walk but has everything you need.
House clean and had all we needed, bring the mozzie spray as we encountered them (end of October stay) house had lots of stuff for it. Host incredibly helpful, local restaurant in village lovely, v authentic trattoria Cantina del Viculo di Ravarotto. Many thanks!

We stayed for 7 days, 4 adults and 2 children. A great clean house with all the facilities. The neighborhood swimming pull is just around the corner and the lake is about 20 min. walking distance. We enjoyed every moment.

We had a wonderful stay in Padenghe sul Garda. The house fully met our expectations. Fenced garden, airconditioning, large swimming pool on walking distance (only busy during the weekend).
Desenzano is a vibrant city in the neighbourhood (15 min drive). Sermione, Bardolino and Garda are worthwhile visiting too. In Padenghe itself, there is nothing much to see.

Overall a Good Choice for families with rather Young Kids. The Flat is in the Basement and cellar of a house with a big terrace and a lovely Garden wich is closed. So its not a House and you might hear noises from First floor.
