Hotel Folly with Marsh and Sunset Views

It was fast and easy to book. The security deposit was reimbursed without hassle and timely. Place was spotless and very comfortable. Stayed in room 5. Parking spot was in front of the room. An open floor plan. With a huge bathroom and full size fridge. It was about 10 minutes or less walk to the beach with lil stores and small business restaurants/bars along the walk. Not over populated during the day and nearly no one at night. There is no actual staff on site though we didn't need there to be. Very quiet room/building. Super pleased and will definitely be back!

There wasn't a thing that I didn't like.

Nice location, clean rooms, and comfortable setup!

No rooms on the bottom floor and no elevators. Makes staying with kids MUCH MORE difficult.

The convenience and that I could have my dogs with me. The room was relatively clean and spacious. Each room has an assigned parking space.

The veil vent, blinds and the metal ornament over the bed had TONS OF DUST! I was also assigned a room in the third floor with only stair access. There were numerous guest that were smoking out in the landings outside their rooms ignoring the signs posted saying it was a smoke free property. With no staff on premises they were not insuring it was kept smoke free.
