About this hotel
Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Studio room has a living area and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. Our new boutique hotel is located just steps away from Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the fourth floor.
This room is 350 sqft. with a 70 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 420 sqft.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 4TH FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

The Boutique Vera Hotel is a no-frills hotel but in a great location. The parking situation is at first confusing but once you figure it out, it's not a big deal as you won't need your car. From the hotel, you are less than a block away from restaurants, bars, gift shops, etc. and the beach is only 5 blocks away. If you want a spacious, high-end room, this isn't your place but if you are not with kids and aren't planning on spending much time in your room, this place is quite the bargain.
