The staff were exceptionally professional. Always ready to help and answer our queries. Prompt in their response and actions.

Basic items such as bath rope or room slippers should be provided. Since it was an open concept dining area in the villa, food delivered to rooms should have cover to avoid birds or other animals from taking them.

We really enjoyed our stay here -- the food was great, the staff were attentive (literally answered us within 5-15 min for everything!) for everything we needed. The hotel was also really pretty (had friends ask where we were) too. For the price per night, I would say it was very well worth it. Peaceful, and just a 10 min ride into town (with free shuttle service included too), we'd definitely come back!

The air conditioning could have been cooler but we understand that the high ceilings can make it a little harder to cool down.

This place was absolutely 10/10 for so many reasons and not a single fault Location – Very convenient location that’s not too far from the airport and the main area Trasport – They had a convenient shuttle for free that took us to the main area which was so handy! Also was able to arrange for taxi to pick us up from the airport (which I would highly recommend as price was more reasonable and you don’t feel overwhelmed at by the main drivers at the airport) Team – The team were absolutely on form and on point! Greeted us well with friendly attitudes. I’ve never seen such a on point team that uses WhatsApp for communication! There response time was quick and it was such as easy way to communicate between us all. Even when we call them late at night to remove a gecko or two, they never complained and really on it! Villa – The villa themselves were beautiful! Nice and spacious and such modern facilities like the AC, TV We would happily stay here again! Even when the weather was rubbish, staying inside was really nice!!

The only thing I would say was in some parts of the villa, the Wi-Fi was weak, but it wasn’t too bad and multiple to choose from if one drops.

This place is such a gem. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming and even gave us an unexpected room upgrade. The pool villas are wonderful and the beach or the city centre are a short ride away. Everything was perfect, wish we could have stayed longer!
