A clean apartment in a newer building set back from the street, so fewer passing cars. Good sized kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable couch/bed. Pleasant and helpful owner.

Irina is very polite and friendly person. She did her best to solve my issues that even were not directly related to apartment. The place itself is clean and cozy, with all required stuff available in kitchen. Fridge, TV, Dish washer, washing machine - everything is fresh new and functioning perfectly. It was a surprise to find even HDMI cable injected into TV.
Tiny walls between apartments result in poor sound isolation. At evening\night time it might be hard to find a free parking lot. I was missing microwave oven. Balcony door in the kitchen had minor issues - sometimes it didn't close properly.
