Реально просторі апартаменти, усе необхідне для життя є. Ліжка зручні. Бойлер потужний, що третя людина приймаючи душ не буде митися холодною🤩.

Дуже зручне розташування, близько метро, в будинку є магазини, аптеки, кавʼярні. Усе поруч. У нас було пізнє заселення, багато хто відмовляв через це в оренді. А власник цієї квартири без проблем нас дочекався.

Простора квартира поблизу метро , магазини, кафе. Практично навпроти головного входу до ВДНГ. Т.я. ми були з дітьми для нас це було головне)) Окрема подяка хазяіну квартири, який під казав де що знаходиться поблизу. Авто припаркували безплатно під домом, але не с першого разу
Дуже мало паркувальних місць, треба трохи заморочитись щоб припаркуватися.
