Open floor plan, several gathering areas, brand new fully stocked kitchen, Bonus game room, sits on 1.2 acres. 5 min to Dwntn Melbourne, 4 Miles to Beach, Quick 19 miles/26 minutes to USSSA Sports Complex in Viera. Excellent home for large groups/families. Pool may be heated for addtl $25/day

"Sanity" Floor Plan: 2 King Bedrooms and 1 Full Bath occupy one side of the house, on the other end of the living room has 2 additional King Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths (one attached to a bedroom, one is hall bath).
Full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer.
Kitchen: Stainless steel electric range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher.
NOT PROVIDED: Food or pantry items of any kind, toiletries, personal items.
Note: All paper products, trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided but not unlimited. If your group uses more than the standard amount, you will need to purchase separately.
Entire house and contents including all cabinets and closets plus full use of the grounds is available to our guests. Plenty of Parking

We had a wonderful 5 day stay for our sons beach wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect! I couldn't ask for anything better. Clean, well stocked and perfect location. Definitely recommend! The bunk room was a great addition. Everyone had a wonderful stay.

We had about 18 people sleep comfortably with plenty of space inside and out to hangout. Pool was beautiful and the back yard was where we spent the bulk of our time. Great location with quick access to downtown Melbourne and beach side restaurants. Would totally book again!

Picture shows 8 chairs around the pool. When we arrived there was a total of 5 chairs and 3 were already broken or cracked. The poolside furniture was the cheap stuff and the picnic tables were in terrible conditioning. For the price, the owners should invest some money in the poolside furniture. Everything done on the cheap.
