You feel very welcomed: it's more like you came to visit your family and not some booking accommodation. The owner greets you so warm and nice and we also got small souvenir for goodbye. Apartment was nice and quite clean. We booked this one because of the view and we got them: amazing view from the balcony on Duce, sea and island in front. You have all the key things in the apartment: kettle, iron, hairdryer and air conditioning. Huge plus for parking spots: you have good and safe spot for your car in the shadow. We also used BBQ few times: everything was ok, all the tools and coal/woods were available. Pool is tiny (but deep enough - 150 cm). The water was a bit cold but just because the day we arrived, the water there was changed. Beach is nice because it is sandy one so no need in special shoes. But the water there is not deep so it's rather perfect for people who can't swim and for families with kids. We would drive 15 minutes to the Omis area for the Brzet beach with deep water. You have number of bars and cafes in the area, the nearest shop is just down the hill. Right there you have also a bus stop and it's takes around 10 minutes to get to the Omis and same bus also goes to Split.

Not that we disliked it but you need to be aware that the building is the last on the hill so you need to go up the steep stole (and same for coming back). With a car we were fine, but it may be too exhausting for some people to walk down and up daily.
