Apartma velik, urejen, čist in udoben.
Plaža je blizu. Na plaži je mivka, zato je popoldne voda motna, plitvina je dolga in zato na plaži veliko tudi manjših otrok.
Lastniki prijazni.
Duče je mala vas, kljub temu so pekarna, sadje in zelenjava in manjša trgovinica zelo blizu. Tu je tud cel kup restavracij.
Za zabavo pa je potrebno kam drugam.
