B-22 Autumn - Wada by VEO, StayVista - 3BHK Pet-Friendly Villa with Private Pool

The property was well maintained and surrounded by lush greenery, making for a pleasant first impression as soon as you step in. The ambiance is definitely one of its strong points. However, the signage for StayVista properties needs serious improvement. The boards are poorly placed with very small fonts, making them hard to read. While the Google Maps pin is accurate, locating the exact bungalow was still quite challenging. Mithilesh was very attentive and took great care of us throughout the stay. He ensured everything was provided on time and even went out in the heat to arrange a few things for us, which was much appreciated. The pool was also cleaned before we used it, which was a good touch.

The food, unfortunately, was disappointing considering the price (₹1800 + taxes per person). Although the quantity was sufficient, the taste did not meet expectations. On the first night, the kadai paneer had undercooked masala, which was quite surprising at that price point. With no nearby restaurant options and food delivery services like Swiggy or Zomato unavailable, this became a significant drawback. Even the in-club restaurant served average food at best. Overall, food was a major concern during the stay. Lastly, the booking experience with StayVista felt quite unorganized. I received messages from multiple different numbers regarding F&B, safety protocols, and other details, which was confusing and raised trust concerns given the current environment of scams. There was also a pricing discrepancy — I was initially quoted ₹1800 + taxes per person by Hemant’s team in the group, but later received a separate message from the F&B team quoting ₹1900 + taxes. This inconsistency added to the confusion and could definitely be handled more transparently.
