We had a nice stay in this villa and the property was neat and clean. The location was good but bit far from hotels. Its a peaceful villa. Overall experience went good because of the caretaker. He is very helpful and kind. The bedroom and the swimming pool was clean. All the amenities was nice. We enjoyed in the villa.

This villa is located near Kasara Ghat and it great villa, Neat and clean. The caretaker Mr. Sushil and other also was helpful and gave great service. The villa is comfortable for small group. The view was good from the villa and it was cold in igatpuri, the temperature was 14 degree. Overall great experience, with stay and food.

One of the best villa in Igatpuri. Our stay was amazing in this villa with my family. Its very good villa for family and friends. Its was very cold, the water in swimming pool was clean and cold but we enjoyed in the pool. This villa is in big society. The bedroom was confirmable and the staff was welcoming nature. As we arrived the villa was ready and was cleaned. Our stay was wonderful.

Overall look and feel. Caretakers were kind and helpful.
Dirty pool. Toilet seats were broken. Broken doors and windows. There are non places to get food anywhere around. And asking the staff to cook means it will take hours before anything can get done. We asked for tea and it took 45 minutes for them to make it.
