Lage der Wohnung: sehr gut. Erfreulich viel Raumvolumen in der Wohnung. Behagliche Einrichtung. Erfeulich viele gute Lichtquellen. Gute Sitzmöbel im Wohnbereich. Überwiegende Sauberkeit.

Der Wasserkocher: Nach Reklamation kam sofort ein nagelneuer Ersatz.
