Schöne Lage und hübsches Häuschen von außen aber Ausstattung und Zustand dem Preis nicht angemessen.
Ruhige Lage
Sehr enges Badezimmer,mit zu niedrigem WC. Esstisch mit vielen Schäden auf der Oberfläche, Teppich im Wohnzimmer mit Flecken. Fernseher mit veralteter Technik. Matratze im Doppelbett fleckig. Müllplatz zugewachsen und Biotonne randvoll, Leerung überfällig. Beim Öffnen der Abdeckung (loser Deckel) flogen massenweise Obstfliegen hoch,sehr eklig. Treppe zu den oberen Wohnungen schmutzig.
