**Beautiful duplex apartment with a sea view, located in the very heart of Calella de Palafrugell, just 50 meters from Canadell beach, with a parking place and a lift**.
With a high level of comfort, this functional apartment is in a nice building just one block from the beach, and is distributed on two floors:
On the lower floor, there is a spacious living room with an access to a pleasant terrace, where you will enjoy a lovely sea view. Modern fully equipped kitchen. There are two double outward facing bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
On the upper floor, you will find the main bedroom, a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom. This bedroom has a fantastic sunbathing terrace with a sea view.

Fantastic location in the heart of Calella, wonderful apartment, beautiful beaches, great restaurants, lovely walking and cycling. Communication with Property Manager (Corredor Mato) was very disappointing for a property in this price bracket, as they do not want phone calls (our literature stated a eur 300 penalty for making an out of hours phone call which they deem to be non-urgent - ridiculous), they don't offer any number for WhatsApp or texts, and it doesn't help that you are restricted to office hours and the agency is closed the whole of Sunday and Monday, the first two days after we arrived. We did raise some items (broken patio door lock, broken balcony sunshade) with the agency, and they were fixed within a few days, but the contact with the agency was painful, with several farcical excuses were given, including that it was a holiday period and that they had a lot of properties to manage. Cleanliness almost OK but clearly not being managed sufficiently by the agency.
