the garden and swimming pool, basically private as only 3 apartments share the same pool. amazing!
during this hot summer, we missed air conditioning during some nights, but during the day is was windy so good air in the apartment

The house was clean and the pool was excellent and large.
There was also a type2 charging station available in the parking (quite slow 2.2kwh, but very helpful for those driving an electric car like us)
Air conditioning was missing, but in the night the air was cold so we didn’t have any problem at all. Although in the future there will be added air condition, mentioned by the owner.
