About this house rental
We now rent out our house in the weeks we, ourselves, are not able to be there. Cozy, single-story house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in a quiet residential area. It is approximately 3,5 miles to the beach (Pompano Beach)
The house has a large heated pool, florida room (insect-protected outdoor), barbecue, all the amenities like air conditioning, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, wireless Internet. Sheets and towels included.

Low-key rental with very responsive owner. We used the house as a base for 8 days during the holidays – and omicron Covid – and enjoyed having the beach ten minutes away and easy access to highways to get to the Everglades. The house has a peaceful, private yard with a heated pool and space to eat outdoors. Quiet, low-key neighborhood.
Ann goes all out to make sure any issues get handled promptly and the house is well stocked with beach towels and chairs, and all the kitchen basics, including spices. Good wifi.
The house is okay. It’s an average 1960s FL ranch house; the 4th bedroom is a converted garage. We watched a few movies in the living area and the dining room was a great place to do a puzzle or eat dinner. The yard was great to have outdoor dining, and it was perfect. The open kitchen has been updated and is well stocked for cooking. Our challenge was lighting --which Ann offered us additional lamps. A good heavy maintenance cleaning and update would make the house give guests much more value for the steep price.
