About this house rental
Spacious & sanitized 4BD/3BA luxury waterfront, ocean-access canal (Bahama Canal), exclusive Cypress Creek. Free paddle boards, solar-heated salt water pool & bbq/patio, game room w/ pool table, outdoor ping pong table, sparkling clean kitchen & dining, central living room with comfortable sofas, 65” Smart TV, TVs in all bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood with relaxed vibe. 10 min from Pompano Beach and 10 min from Fort Lauderdale. Paddleboard your way to contentment on canals and waterways! Sleeps 10
Through the front door, you enter an open living room with a 65 inch smart tv, walk through the dining room or pool/game room, and the kitchen is the center of the house with the Florida room and sliding doors leading to the pool and patio area. On the "West side" of the house you have two available bedrooms and two bathrooms and on the "East side" of the house you have the Master bedroom and Jr Master bedroom with one bathroom. Truly a large house with ample space.
Access to the entire house and property, no other guests on the property. We have two locked storage closets which are not available, as they are "owner's storage". There is a fifth bedroom which is locked off, but can be made available to you for an extra charge.
We are often traveling however are always available to answer questions or resolve problems. We want you to have an awesome trip and visit!

This home, located on an ocean-access canal (Bahama Canal) boasts a solar heated saltwater pool, dock (dock your boat, or fish off the dock?) patio/bbq area, with an outdoor Ping Pong table. A game room with a state of the art "old time arcade" featuring 60 classic arcade games (one or two player matching) including Pac Man", Space Invaders, and "Donkey Kong" with A life sized Connect four, comfortable couch, 55 inch smart TV, Alexa two Game chairs. We have an indoor pool table in the Billiard room, sparkling clean kitchen and dining room, wide foyer, central living room.
We also follow our "good neighbor" policy and do not permit loud music nor parties. We have great neighbors, they are the core that makes, our community unique.
The property is located in the exclusive Cypress Creek Community, You will be within walking distance of various bars and restaurants. Depending on what you like to do you can also enjoy the neighborhood by following the sidewalks through the meandering waterfront community of Cypress Creek. Whether you are enjoying an evening or morning walk, a bike ride, or both, you will enjoy the exclusive beauty our neighborhood offers.

The South Florida Tri-rail "Cypress Creek Station" is located about 3.1 miles
from the house. Tri rail gives you rail access to the rest of South Florida including North to Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. South to Fort Lauderdale International Airport as well as Miami International Airport. Take the Trirail to the Miami transfer station and connect to the Metro Rail, then Miami mover for downtown Miami.
All items in the kitchen, including an Air fryer and 3 position food warmer are for your use. There is also an air mattress and a set of clean sheets in the Florida room trunk for your use and comfort.

The location of the home was very convenient to all the main roadways. Although it's located right off a main road, there was very little traffic noise. The backyard is great, spacious and feels very private. The solar heated pool is wonderful, and we loved that the backyard was right next to the canal. Communication was very thorough by the owner. They were quick to answer any questions I had before and during our stay. The property had many great amenities and was very nicely decorated. We loved the old school games on the arcade machine, as well as the pool table! You can tell the owners take pride in their property. Another plus was that there was plenty of room in the house for the four of us. No one felt cramped at all. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely book another stay here!

When we pulled up to the house, it looked small. However, upon entry we found a beautiful place for our annual reunion with friends. The kitchen was well appointed, and the five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were clean and neat. We enjoyed the large dining table, the pool table, and the game room. The laundry access was great! The only issue was the pool due to the windy conditions; it was hard to keep up with the leaves. However, the pool cleaner did come by while we were there. The grill was usable, but we mostly cooked indoors or went out to eat. The equipment available was good, but unfortunately there was not a proper kayak paddle. It was lovely to sit by the pool and the canal. If we come back next year, we would rent again. PBJ and friends

My family and I enjoyed a week-long stay at this wonderful home. It had everything we had hoped for to escape the wintery cold weather at home. The interior layout worked well for our three teens, mother and husband and I. Whether enjoying quiet moments alone or sitting down for a meal or board game, the house had it all. We spent a lot of time outside by the pool soaking up the Florida sunshine and also enjoying peace by the canal. The kitchen had what we needed to make breakfasts each morning. The highlights were the ping pong table, billiards table and the dual recliners in the living room! The owners were friendly, reachable and very hospitable! The house is 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. There is an amazing all-you-can-eat sushi place 5 minutes away that was fantastic (wen went twice). It's also about 10-15 minutes to the beach (and the house comes equipped with all the gear you would need so you don't have to worry about renting). Overall, this is a great spot to spend a relaxing time in Florida with all of the creature comforts of home. We would highly recommend it!

Property was very nice!! Plenty of room for the family. Children spent time in pool and used Paddleboards/kayaks on the canal. Caught fish off dock. Overall an excellent experience!!
