About this cottage rental
Our Casetta is the perfect vacation home for couples and small families.
The detached little house has its own small garden area and a beautiful spacious balcony with a lake view.
The casetta has two separate entrances. On the lower floor there is the living room, the kitchen and a small bathroom. The cozy armchairs on this floor each have a sleeping function and are ideal for children.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a large double bed and bathroom en suite.
The story of our dreamlike holiday home in the idyllic mountain village of Musignano?
Formerly a trattoria and rest area on an old smuggler path through the mountains to Switzerland. An old spring in the basement. In the neighboring forest legionnaires' tombs from the Romans, who no longer made it to Germania.
Today a completely new furnished holiday home in 2013 with a rustic side house, which can be rented separately or together.
All residential units have separate gardens and / or balcony sections so that they can fully enjoy nature and the Italian hours of sunshine.

Our holiday complex is not only popular with families and couples. You are also welcome to visit us in larger groups. As already mentioned, it is possible to rent both of our residential units without any problems. Just write us a short message and we will recommend the perfect concept for your group size.

Die Anlage mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen und der Casetta liegt in einem kleinen Bergdorf, circa 20 Minuten vom Lago Maggiore entfernt. Die Straße nach oben ist sehr steil, eng und kurvenreich und nichts für schwache Nerven, aber machbar.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt.
Die Casetta ist ein kleines Häuschen auf dem Gelände. Auf zwei Stockwerken (verbunden mit einer Wendeltreppe) hat man alles was man braucht: zwei Bäder, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad. Außerdem gibt es einen Gartenbereich und eine Terrasse.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist unten am See.

Wir waren zwar nur 4 Tage dort aber waren erholt wie nach 4 Wochen. Und wenn man diese Serpentinen 2 mal gefahren ist dann merkt man es nicht mehr. Im Gegenteil. Wenn man es mit 30 kmh alleine laufen lässt sieht man immer wieder etwas anderes schönes. Ist auch wichtig damit man andere Autos gut sehen kann vorher. Das Haus ist ein träumchen. Steht auf dem Grundstück allerdings zusammen mit dem anderen weshalb ich es erst nicht gefunden habe da wir es alleinstehend erwartet hatten. Aber macht das ganze noch kuscheliger. Und zudem noch ein sehr netter geselliger Mann im anderen Haus war. Danke für die netten Infos an dich... Möchte hier jetzt keine Namen nennen. Aber es wird ankommen . Also gerne mal wieder . Für diese Menschen die einfach runter fahren müssen und kurz vor dem Burnout sind kann ich dieses Haus auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön in einem Bergdorf gelegen (Serpentinen Straße nicht für schwache Nerven). Mit dem Auto oder E-Bike zum nächsten Supermarkt braucht man 30 Minuten, man ist also nicht zentral, aber die Aussicht lohnt sich. Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Prima week gehad in dit mooie huis. Het had fijne sanitaire voorzieningen, een leuk terras bij de slaapkamer en een leuke tuin met alles erop en eraan. Slechts één keer is het warme water uitgevallen door het onweer (En het heeft haast elke avond geonweerd). Dat werd snel weer verholpen door Pia.
Jammer dat de weg naar het dorpje waar je boodschappen moest doen, zo vol haarspeldbochten zat. Passeren op deze weg was ook wel erg spannend .
