Breakfast ok hot food wasn't great rock hard crepes pancakes etc. Fresh and bakery was good . Didn't eat dinner in hotel based on breakfast. Pool is shaded for good part of day , but most around area are due to high rise. Beach nearby but umbrellas and beds costly ( not hotel fault but factor when staying)

The location is great. You’re walking distance to Elli beach and Rhodes old town. You can walk to the medieval moats, the stag and doe statues and by the port. If you’re doing day trips to Symi, then you’re only 15 mins away by walk to catch the boat. There are plenty of supermarkets on your doorstep for snacks and local Greek produce. There’s no parking at the hotel but there’s a big car park 1-2 mins away which was convenient. It gets packed very quickly. The breakfast had a good selection. It is the same everyday but there’s lots to choose from. Really lovely poached eggs, corn bread and raisin rolls. I loved the selection of the fresh fruit and natural yoghurt with variety of tahini and spreads. The breakfast staff were the loveliest we met. Overall the staff at the hotel were very friendly. The cleaners were so efficient. Often we’d go down for breakfast and come back up to find our room was already cleaned. They would always leave things that we didn’t want chucked or moved and replaced toiletries daily.

The soundproofing in the hotel was a big issue for us. Had really poor sleep on most nights. There’s crashing of bins in the morning as they collect recycling and trash. You can hear next door rooms alarm go off in the morning. We could hear them talking or using the TV late into the night. You can hear people talking in the corridors, coming in and out of their rooms and the cleaners in the morning. The outside area is surprisingly noisy that we couldn’t keep the balcony door opened at nighttime. You can hear the generator constantly in the night. For this particular reason, I wouldn’t stay here again if I came back to Rhodes. Bug if you’re able to sleep through noise, I’m sure this won’t be a problem for you. Also basic amenities missing in the rooms. I have never stayed at a hotel where water bottles were not given daily. Every hotel I’ve stayed at has always given bottles of water for free every day. Here the complimentary ones are free only. This meant us buying water. Surely a necessity such as water is the least you can provide if the tap water is not drinkable for tea and coffee in the room??? This was a disappointing aspect. It would be really helpful to have an air freshener in the bathroom as there’s no ventilation and a box of tissue in the room. Again these are basics that I’ve seen in every other hotel I’ve stayed at and I travel extensively. More variety in the breakfast would be appreciated. Some of the bread rolls were quite stale.
