Amazingly well placed location right on Natai beach, lovely solid wooden villas with very comfy beds and plenty of private lounging space. Staff were very friendly and helpful, made the stay so much better. This could be a nice place for families or romantic getaway.
restaurant had a few issues with orders, but if you are patient it all works out in the end. Maybe give the wine a miss!

The room and beach front/view were really nice. The restaurant/pool staff were incredible, super friendly and attentive.
The food was also on point.
It is extremely clear there’s a lack of staff. The staff on site (restaurant/pool) were working extremely hard but we still encountered significant wait times due to understaffing.
The front of house staff seemed excessive and the work performed was conversely very slow. Check out took 30 minutes despite it being a print and sign job.
Finally, we encountered various issues with our room including a sporadic, weak pressured shower, broken amenities (ironing board collapsed onto my wife’s foot) and at times dirty glasses and bedding didn’t seem to have been dealt with.

The pool villa was simply stunning. We’ve never stayed anywhere like it. The staff were incredibly helpful and the pools were beautiful - loved the boat day beds! I also had an amazing facial at the spa
In comparison to other luxury resorts the spa and kids club were a little disappointing. For example, the kids club could be renovated to be more modern with more exciting things for the kids to play with. Some toys were quite old and some broken. There was also not babysitting services. The spa offering was great, but it’s a small spa with no private adult pool / area to enjoy some child free time.
