Situated near the Vail/Beaver Creek resort areas, Falcon Point is adjacent to Nottingham Park and Lake. Falcon Point's amenities include a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, two whirlpool spas, sauna, and exercise room.

This is for TWO weeks from February 3rd to 13th and the unit is #403 -- You CAN take ONE week or TWO consecutive weeks. This is one of the prime penthouse units in the Condo overlooking the lake, Beaver Creek and has a vaulted ceiling making the unit feel spacious. This unit has one King in the Master bedroom, and one Queen / one Twin in the guest bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The unit comfortable sleeps SEVEN persons in beds.

Each unit is equipped with a hairdryer, humidifier, CD player, cable television, FAST internet and DVD/VCR. Falcon Point Resort offers many amenities including an indoor/outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, laundry facilities, and concierge services.

The town offers a complimentary shuttle to Beaver Creek for skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing about 200 feet from the condo. Other favorite winter activities include ice skating and snowmobiling. To get to the ski area, walk about 200 feet to the FREE Avon Shuttle (which runs about every 15 minutes) and ride to the Westin Hotel where the Gondola takes you to The Landings and then to Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek !!

You will be required to present a credit card for damage deposit and incidentals at check-in. You are responsible for any damages to unit, telephone connection fees, long distance charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage or upgraded housekeeping fees. Pets are not allowed. This is a non smoking resort.
