The King Casita features 10ft. ceilings and 420 square feet of space. Includes kitchenette with toaster over, sink and mini-fridge. The charming French doors open onto a tranquil patio, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing lights from the palm trees complement romantic evenings. The bathroom features deep soaking tub and separate stall shower with floor to ceiling tile. Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, HULU, and Smart TV, ceiling fan, and fireplace.

Please note that the exact location and views of Studio Casitas are not guaranteed, and are subject to change upon reasonable advance notice. Your reservation merely guarantees you a private Studio Casita at Legacy Villas featuring a King Size bed, kitchenette and patio or balcony, comparable in size and quality to the photos shown in the listing. While every effort will be made to provide the exact location selected by Guest (or one as comparable as possible), Owner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, cost or damages suffered by Guest as a result of a location assignment different from the address show90n in the Contract, and no refunds or credits shall be issued. In the rare event that the assigned location features a Queen Size bed instead of a King, Guest shall receive a credit of 10% off of the contracted nightly rate.

No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

This King Casita was wonderful! It was well appointed, clean, all the instructions were clear. It was a perfect weekend away with my daughter. We will be back!!!

Check in was extremely simple. The one bedroom king had more than enough room for the two of us. The bed was comfy, nice fireplace, and nice large bathroom with spa tub and seperate shower. The balcony was great with amazing views of the Mountains and palm trees. We had the pool and hot tubs pretty much to ourselves most nights and they are close to the room. The location was central to all the golf and resorts in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The Legacy Villa complex is a great place to get away with family or friends. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The units are a bit dated, but have plenty of space and are comfortable. The location can't be beat and have incredible views of the mountains. Hiking out the back door, La Quinta resort across the street and the quaint town of La Quinta just down the road. Legacy Villas are a good home away from home!
