Miejsce ciche a jednocześnie w samym centrum, posiada wszystko to co potrzeba na krótki pobyt. Grzejniki grzeją szybko i dobrze. Perfekcyjnie przekazywane informacje z Bookingu dotyczące kodów, terminów, Wi-Fi itd.
Część akcesoriów kuchennych do gotowania wygląda jakby miały ze 20 lat użytkowania, ( wymienić Panie Gospodarzu), prysznic ma dziwne rozwiązanie z kotarą przez co woda potrafi zalać łazienkę. Lokalizacja na III-m piętrze. Ciężko z wolnym miejscem na parkingu
