Fajna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum, dworca, restauracji "Niedźwiadek", targu, sklepów i jednocześnie dom na uboczu, dużo miejsca wokół domu, czyściutko, wygodne łóżka, łazienka z toaletą i osobno toaleta; jest wszystko co potrzeba: zmywarka, pralka (w osobnym budynku), fajny ekspres itd; dodatkowo plac przed domem, na którym można było grać w piłkę, badmintona, mały placyk dla dzieci (zjeżdżalnia, huśtawka, piaskownica, moskitiery, zmywarka itd.
