The area is clean and nice, they also provided necessary things like dishwashing liquid, small water container, tissue and toiletries which is very admirable.
Nothing, honestly for its price you can have the best accomodation in such a cheap price

Great location, 5 min walk to SM. Nice little apartment with all basic needs met.
The owner was responsive and helpful.
Bathroom is the worst feature of apartment.
One bedroom has no outside window.
No water for one day during our stay, no fault of the owner, the whole city had no water but, there was no emergency provision so very inconvenient.

It smells good upon entering it is also clean, spacious and take note the living room is air-conditioned! Will stay here again!
