About this villa rental

Our family home is at the heart of the city in a community with a 24 hour security.

It is a fully furnished home w/ fully air conditioned ground floor that covers the whole living room, dining and kitchen area. We also have 2 air conditioned bedrooms upstairs, a maid's room, 1 more bedroom, 3 toilet & bath, a laundry area & a garage adjacent to the garden.

Our home is only 2-3 minutes walk from our village gate. It is very near establishments such as SM hypermarket, Jollibee and other restaurants which offer very good food.

My family and I had a short stay in Batangas City to visit family. This home was in the perfect location for us! Close to hypermarket & food. Also conveniently located near jeepney loading and unloading. It has 24 hour security and a pool on sight. We took advantage of all of the amenities. We will definitely stay again if our dates and the home’s availability align! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!
