Alles hat perfekt gepasst. Wo bekommt man schon als Alleinreisender eine Ferienwohnung für Singles. Die Verkehrsanbindungen waren großartig, 50 m um die Ecke ist eine Bushaltestelle mit regelmäßigen Verbindungen in die Region und zu den Bahnhöfen in Náchod und Jaroměř. Die kleine, bezaubernde Stadt Neustadt an der Mettau ist 1 km entfernt. Von hier aus erschließen sich aber auch das Adler- und Heuscheuergebirge, das Großmütterchental, die Teplitzer und Adersbacher Felsen, verschiedene Dichterwege und und und. Superfreundliches Personal. Mährischer Wein vom Fass....

Naja, die Straße ist halt um die Ecke. Aber wer die Bushaltestelle auch da haben will..

A very accommodating host - as I arrived, there was an issue with AC in rooms and you could see the host really cared. I was offered complimentary drinks and even the return of money if I was not satisfied. The problem was then promptly resolved. I really enjoyed my stay - but if I had to nitpick. The walls are a bit thin. The fridge was not plugged in. The shower head needs changing. The fuse blew out probably during the night because both the wifi and AC suddenly stopped. I didn't care as I was going to sleep anyway, but I'm 100% sure that if I called them about this, they would come and fix it in no time. These few things however do not change how I felt there. Still 10/10.

The rooms are very nice, renovated and taken care of. The land Lady is very responsible and really want the best for everyone she hosts.

As my companion is a para athlete, the stairs was a bit steep. No problems if you have two functional legs but the are steep. Also we were there during the heat wave and the rooms got really hot. They did their best to cool them and brought us extra water, but they were hot.
