Excellent apartment on the beach of Pitangueiras, on the street of LaPlage shopping, 150m from the beach.
Fully furnished, new appliances, high standard furniture, 3 bedrooms (1 en suite) and 2 bathrooms.
All rooms have air conditioning, built-in cabinets, Blackout blinds, nightstands, two single beds (which can be combined into a double bed) and an extra bed, accommodating 9 people comfortably.
It has a large TV room, gourmet balcony with barbecue, planned kitchen and service area.
Our guests will have cable TV, free Wi-Fi and 2 parking spaces. The apartment is very well equipped and has all the kitchen utensils, such as oven, microwave, pots, water purifier, washing machine, gas heater, etc.
The condominium offers beach service with chairs and umbrellas at guests' disposal, lap pool, ice machine, party room, collective barbecue, sauna, fitness space, among others.
We are very well located just 150m from Pitangueiras beach with safe and easy access with pedestrian crossing.
Around us you will find everything you need for your comfort. Within a radius of 100m you will find shopping malls, good restaurants, markets, pharmacies and various stores.

Acomodação excelente , a única coisa que desagradou foi na chegada que avisei por escrito os dados de minha mãe que seria a pessoa que chegaria primeiro para retirar a chave, o zelador não tinha esta informação, e a deixou do lado de fora por 30 minutos para checar a informação . No demais , tudo impecável.

Apartamento muito confortável, limpo, organizado e sem mal cheiro.
Prédio excelente com muita segurança, só tenho elogios para atribuir a essa hospedagem.
A churrasqueira fez toda a diferença para nos que adoramos um churrasco.
