O Hotel é simples, limpo, cama e chuveiro ( sem box) bom , e apenas 200 metros da basílica. Era tudo que precisávamos.
Ao chegar no hotel vindo de outro estado a única coisa que um viajante quer é se acomodar. Fiz a reserva com meses de antecedência e a recepcionista não sabia da reserva. Ela foi prestativa ligando para a gerente que resolveu rápido. O Hotel precisa adotar medidas administrativas para que tais fatos não voltem a ocorrer e o hóspede ao chegar sinta-se bem vindo.

A atendente Maria muito atenciosa e preocupada em recepcionar e atender todas as necessidades dos clientes. Parabéns para ela e para o estabelecimento. A localização também é muito boa. Muito perto de onde queríamos ir!!!
O quarto que estavamos não tinha ar condicionado. Poderia se pensar em colocar ar condicionado em todos os quartos, para atender a todos os clientes. Mas pelo preço foi bastante bom!!!
