GeoVilla Green & Blue 1 - Pefkochori

Very comfortable house. We had everything we can possibly need for great holiday. Nice location, quiet area, big and cosy dog friendly yard.

The bathtub in the bathroom is very small and it's a little bit difficult to take a shower.

Great choice, very nice apartment near the beach (2 minutes walk) in quiet area. The yard is huge and very well maintained, there is more than enough space for children to run and play. The villa is equipped with everything you need. If you enjoy running in the mornings, there is a small route along the cost that is perfect. The owner is attentive, responsive and welcoming. Location for us was great to explore the 1st peninsula of Halkidiki. We loved it and will come back hopefully.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful vacation. The villa is really spacious and perfect for families with small children. The yard is huge, there is more than enough space for children to run and play. Location - close to Pefkohori (which has lots of supermarkets, bakeries and taverns) but at the same time the area is quiet. I had brought with me some ear taps which I never used :). The host is very friendly and accommodating, ready to help with everything - information about the area, restaurants and beaches. There are several beaches reachable by car (it takes not more than 10 minutes). Glarokavos is the closest one. It is not really a sandy beach, there are stones at the bottom, but the water is crystal clean and there is a water park. I would recommend Paliouri beach as it has fine sand and shallow waters, very nice for kids. Than you, Yiannis! We had really great time!

Mosquitoes. The villa has mosquito nets and there is no problem inside. Make sure however to bring with you some anti-mosquito repellents to use when outside.

Everything! The house is located in a residential area surrounded with nice houses and villas, and the whole neighborhood is very quiet. The backyard is very large and green with lots of olive trees and other plants, and well maintained. Our 3.5y son enjoyed the place and wanted to play in the backyard the whole day - when we were not at the beach. My wife was also very happy with the extraordinary cleanness and tidiness of the house. The house is very well equipped with everything needed and you can literally bring your clothes only and find everything else available. Or ask Yiannis for it and he will provide it promptly. He was available for us 24/7. I really enjoyed talks with him! The beach is within 5 min walking distance, and very nice - no crowd at all and you can find the 2 famous beach bars just around the corner. You can check it on the map. So we really enjoyed having the beach so near - you could hear the sound of waves from the bedroom at night! The description of the place, facilities and the photos on this site are all accurate. We will definitely return to Yiannis place in future! Our overall score is 10 - with no questions.
