With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, this ~2,600 square-foot cottage is the perfect place for a family getaway for up to 12. people. Sitting right on a canal with views of the Fenwick Lighthouse and Sunset enjoy the bicycles, kayak, or beach supplies provided at the property to discover the peacefulness of this gorgeous small beach town. A two-time winner of the Best Tiny Beach Town by Southern Living Magazine Fenwick Island is a wonderful find. Spend evenings unwinding on the spacious decks and watch the sunset over the water!

Unfortunately, we were unable to go. The owner, Don Goodwin has graciously given us a credit to use our reservation sometime next year. We were very disappointed but Don has been so kind and easy to work with. Looking forward to staying at Don's home in Fenwick Island next year.

We loved this house in Fenwick Island. Our family travelled with young children for Spring Break. House was recently renovated and has a fully-stocked kitchen, plenty of games and puzzles, and some neat toys for the kids. We enjoyed taking the kayak (provided) and stand-up paddleboard (ours) out on the canal. House is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and a quick drive to Ocean City restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and texted during the stay to make sure we were able to find everything we needed.
