Fair and won’t be renting at all.
walking distance to the beach
Run down house. Needs to be modernized and furniture/appliance upgraded. Also, beddings show signs of wear and tear in all bedrooms (thinning, fading). Bedroom window missing shade and no privacy at all. Neighbor behind was very rude to my daughters. Cuss words were shouted out to them. I don’t think we would be returning to this property at all.

newer beds would be nice and we didn't use bbq but it was very old and not sturdy.
