Дом мечты в альпийском раю, куда хочется вернуться

Потрясающе красивая, атмосферная квартира в старинном доме, в которой мы провели 10 незабываемых ночей. Это было одно из самых лучших, уютных и чудесных мест размещения за нашу многолетнюю историю путешествий. В этом доме ощущаешь себя, как в кино, в самом сердце немецко-австрийской жизни, в настоящей аутентичной обстановке на ферме. В квартире было очень чисто, тепло, присутствовало всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. На кухне есть много разной посуды и техники для приготовления пищи: хорошая плита с большой духовкой, микроволновка, чайник, большой холодильник, любые сковороды и кастрюли. В ванной был в наличии фен. Горячая вода без перебоев. Отопление хорошо работало, поэтому в доме было тепло. Очень уютная кровать в спальне, красивая гостиная и великолепный балкон с цветущей геранью, с настоящим альпийским видом на лес и пастбище. Мы наслаждались каждой секундой в этом доме! Хозяева очень радушные и отзывчивые, встретили нас на вокзале и отвезли обратно на вокзал, когда мы уезжали, потому что мы были без машины - и всё это совершенно бесплатно! В остальном мы везде ходили пешком, много гуляли, окрестности потрясающие, множество пешеходных троп, живописных озёр, рядом красивейший город Куфштайн! В магазин также ходили в сам городок Киферсфельден, где расположено несколько больших супермаркетов. До железнодорожной станции Киферсфельден пешком доходили за 30 минут. Хозяева предоставили нам особую карту гостя, которая давала право на бесплатный проезд в транспорте в нескольких зонах, от Розенхайма до Куфштайна. Это путешествие запомнится нам на всю жизнь! И мы очень надеемся, что однажды вернёмся в этот потрясающий дом снова!

Bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis weit und breit.

Die Ferienwohnung von Familie Leitner ist - wie angegeben - sehr einfach und mit Möbeln eingerichtet, die schon ein bisschen was gesehen haben. Aber gerade diese Atmosphäre und Einfachheit, die der Gemütlichkeit der Wohnung eher zuträglich sind, hat uns voll und ganz abgeholt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ideal aufgeteilt. Die Heizung bescherte uns nach schönen Tagen im Schnee schnell ausreichend Wärme und die Küche bietet alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub (5 Tage) braucht. Die Lage ist wunderschön in einer kleinen Siedlung zwischen Kiefersfelden und Oberaudorf. Die Kinder konnten draußen selbstständig im Schnee spielen und es wurde angeboten, dass wir die 17 Milchkühe während der Stallzeiten besuchen dürfen. Dazu wurde angeboten, Frischmilch direkt aus dem Euter für den eigenen Bedarf zu bestellen. Der ganze Hof versetzte uns ein wenig in unsere Kindheit (1980er), in der meine Frau und ich mit unseren Eltern am frühen Abend frische Milch in Kannen beim Dorfbauern holten - Nostalgie pur. Die Lage war für uns auch sehr gut. Wir haben kleine Familienskigebiete ausprobiert, die für unsere Kinder als Anfänger (3 u 6 Jahre) ideal waren, wobei das Hocheck-Gebiet in Oberaudorf mangels Skischule in diesem Winter keinen Anfänger-Bereich bietet. Daher sind wir größtenteils nach Thiersee (ca. 20 min mit dem Auto) gefahren, was nicht nur sonnenverwöhnt war, sondern mit noch sehr anständigen Preisen, kleinem Skikarussell und netter (nagelneuer) Gastro-Hütte zu überzeugen wusste. In Thiersee selber war der wunderschöne Bergsee ausreichend zugefroren, sodass wir auch hier überraschend einen halben Tag mit Kindheitserinnerungen verbringen konnten. Zugegeben, das für diese Jahreszeit (28.12.-02.01.) eher ungewöhnliche, durchgehende Sonnenwetter spielte uns bei allen Aktivitäten sehr in die Karten. Kurzum: eine sehr schöne Option für einen Familienurlaub am Alpeneingang, sicher auch im Sommer lohnenswert. Die Ferienwohnung ist super!

Ich denke, wir sind insgesamt vergleichsweise anspruchslose Gäste, aber ich könnte hier beim besten Willen keinen "Haken" herbeireden, vorausgesetzt, man sucht keinen Luxus (aber das ist durch die Annonce mehr als ersichtlich).
