About this apartment rental

Our home is a modernised 12th floor apartment in La Daille with incredible views up the Isere valley to the Solaise. With 2 double bedrooms and a further 2 rooms with bunk beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area, the accommodation is highly flexible. The large open plan dining and living space is wonderful for spending the evenings, and the kitchen is well appointed and fully functional.
The local amenities are excellent - there is a supermarket, bakery, ski hire shop, newsagent, coffee shop and restaurant, all in the same building as our apartment, and there are several other great places to eat and drink within a 2 minute walk. Alternatively, the free bus service to Val D'Isere is fast, frequent and reliable, running well into the night.

We had a great few days. The apartment is very close to the piste and offers easy access up and down to Val D’Isere via the excellent bus service. The apartment is a very good size and comfortable if you want to relax there in evenings. Management and owner Toby very helpful and responsive. One criticism is that it didn’t seem to have more than a very quick once over in terms of cleaning. We found someone else’s dirty clothes down side of one of beds. And would have been ideal if someone had made up the beds before we arrived after a very lengthy transfer and arriving in early hours of the morning. But overall was good value for money in a great spot.

We stayed in the apartment in Jan 25. Five adults easily accommodated with space for 2/3 others. Great living space which you often don’t find in ski apartments. Information and communication with the owner was great and gave us all we needed. 150 metres from the La Daile lift for easy access to Tignes and Val D. Thoroughly recommend

This apartment ticked all the boxes for our family holiday in La Daille. Very spacious, well equipped apartment. All as the pictures and images. Close to ski lifts, bus stops, shops, bars and take away.

It was a very nice appartement. Rooms/bathrooms are not that big, but spacious enough. It was nice to have an open kitchen and living room where there was enough room for everyone. Appartement could use a little renovation because it is a bit older but overall it’s a good appartement. Location was perfect, you can ski right up to the door. Store right around the corner. Val d’Isere is a 30min walk or you can take the (free) bus which takes you there in 5min. Very good and large ski area, also for beginners (a lot of long green/blue slopes). In short, we had a very nice ski holiday with our family.

Every aspect of our visit to this apartment exceeded expectations and we have visited the Alps for many years. The information the owners provided should be the formula for other properties, so clear with very helpful advice. It really was home from home, so well equipped for all our needs. Very prompt access to the apartment, with ski uplift direct from the apartment and bus service to La Daille on the doorstep. The car parking space is easily accessible and enough for two family saloon cars. A well stocked local shop has reasonable prices given it is in a ski resort. The view from the main balcony is awesome!

This apartment has easy access to the lifts of Val D’isere. You can ski right back to the door. The apartment has everything that you need and is within easy walking distance of ski hire shops. The bus stops very nearby so you can also get into the centre of Val. A gem with all you need for a great stay.

Superb apartment for two families

We had such a great stay here. The location is superb and there is good restaurants, shop and bakery all in the same building. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for two families. We had a 22, 19, 16, 15 and a 10 year old with us plus the four adults. The two teenage boys stayed in the small bedroom with the bunks (very comfy). The two girls (22 and 15) had the slightly bigger room with the en-suite shower. The youngest slept in the twin room on the spare bed with his parents. It sounds like a lot of people but it was honestly not a squeeze, there’s plenty of room. Toby was brilliant in providing all the info we needed and very prompt in replying to my questions. We will definitely stay again.

Firstly the apartment was amazing & supplied everything we needed. Bring used the usual cramped space of a ski apartment to Toby’s apartment was a dream. No one was on top of each other & everyone had plenty of space to move around. The ski in ski out made the start & end of the day a breeze. Toby was easy to communicate with & helped us promptly with any questions we had. Will definitely be back in Val D’Isere & will always look at booking Toby’s apartment again!

The apartment was well equipped and spacious for our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 teenagers). Toby couldn’t have been more helpful, even checking the garage height for us (it will take a Discovery5!) Parking isn’t easy in Val, so having 2 covered spaces is a bonus. Views are great from the 12th floor, and bakery, groceries and a pretty decent restaurant are all within the building. Walk to the La Daille gondola is 200 metres or less from the door. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Nous étions 2 familles de 2 adultes et 2 adolescents chacune. L’appartement est très bien rénové et plutôt rare à la montagne suffisamment grand pour que chacun y trouve sa place. On peut rentrer ski au pied et la première remontée est à 50 m de la résidence. Vraiment un excellent sejour à renouveler et Toby le propriétaire est très avenant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 5 jours dans l'appartement de Toby ! Nous étions 8 adultes et l'appartement était parfaitement adapté : 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain. Le salon est spacieux (plus grand que sur la photo) et nous a permis de nous réunir très confortablement face à une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. L'accès au centre de Val d'Isère et aux pistes est facile et rapide grâce aux navettes gratuites qui passent toutes les 15 min environ. Un SPAR relativement grand est présent en bas de l'appartement et permet de faire ses courses très facilement. L'appartement est également est très bien équipé ! Nous recommandons vivement ce bien et n'hésiterons pas à revenir !
