O fato do imóvel ter duas vagas e piscina é um diferencial. Tem boa localização. A estrutura interna também é boa; na minha estadia o ar condicionado estava pingando bastante e não tinha nenhum pano pra secar as posas de água, mas nada que atrapalhasse o final de semana

Otimo apartamento, móveis e eletrodomésticos em bom estado e bonitos. Apenas o microondas não funcionou. A apenas uma quadra da praia, otima localização
