Good location, cozy apartment, nice garden, good value for money.

There was some traffic before arriving, we arrived after the check-in time limit, so they gave us the code to gather the keys and someone also came to greet us after arriving to tell us few things about how everything works and the facilities. They only speak French, but the host understands English I think. There are 2 types of coffee machines, 1 with filter, 1 "Senseo". The microwave is a combi. The fridge has a freezer on top as well... it's not very big, but bigger than a hotel mini bar. The garden is very nice! The studio is cozy and clean. There were a lot of appliances and even some things to cook. Very calm area, close to the beach (around 5 minutes walk), and there is a Carrefour Contact supermarket very close (around 3 minutes walk). There are some restaurants and a pub close by (in the same street as the supermarket) The host and her assistants are very nice and welcoming. The house attached to the studio was not occupied during our stay, so that made it extra calm. I could park on the street without issues and for free. My dog loved the garden and the beach too. ;) Toilet and bathroom are separated. People in this town are very warm and friendly.

Even though the bed and bed frame were new, the mattress and the pillows were too soft for my sensitive back and neck (I have scoliosis) and I had trouble sleeping. The toilet was a bit too close to the washing machine. Not suitable for people with wide hips as you can touch the cold metal while sitting, if you're very wide, you might not even be able to seat as it's a bit narrow... The shower head worked but the pressure was a bit off. The hair dryer had some mold in the air filter, but it was very good quality (Babyliss) and worked fine (I already told the host assistant about it). Other than these details, it was perfect. I might go back even if the mattress wasn't perfect for me, I loved this little studio, the garden, the beach and the area.

Très sympa et calme

L'emplacement est idéal ! Le studio est grand et a le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. C'était propre. Brigitte est très sympathique.

Que le jardin ne soit pas privatif comme je le lis sur l'annonce mais qu'il peut être à partager avec le logement collé voisin. Nous avons un husky et avons eu peur de le laisser dans le jardin au cas où quelqu'un arriverait à côté. Donc c'est bon à savoir pour ceux qui ont un chien. Sinon jardin très bien clôturé.

Super séjour dans ce studio calme

Le studio porte bien son nom. Le calme est un vrai +. Il est désaxé du centre, sans en être trop loin. Nous avons posé la voiture tout le long du séjour et avons pu faire toutes nos activités à pied ou à vélo. Nous gardons ce studio dans nos favoris :)

Studio proche de la mer et des commerces

Un système de conciergerie est mis en place par la propriétaire et Pascale et Brigitte les 2 personnes présentes respectivement pour la remise et la reprise des clefs ont été vraiment disponibles et très agréables. Le studio est composé d'une pièce à vivre avec une belle hauteur de plafond, appréciable lorsqu'il fait très chaud. Les fenêtres sont grandes et des stores assurent la fraîcheur et surtout aucune clarté pour bien dormir. L'espace cuisine est bien agencé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et le lave linge bien utile pour un long séjour avec possibilité d'étendre le linge dehors sur la terrasse. Les 2 vélos à disposition sont top ainsi que l'antivol conseillé même en vacances !

La mitoyenneté du studio avec une maison familiale fait qu'il y a beaucoup de bruit car les murs sont proches et l'insonorisation est défectueuse. Les sanitaires du studio sont d'un "autre temps" ainsi que le carrelage qu'il faudrait recouvrir. Le lit est relativement étroit et les oreillers sont trop mous.

Emplacement idéal pour se promener en ville et sur la plage. Le studio et le jardin sont confortables et très bien équipés. La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible.
