The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

I recently stayed at Grand Beach Resort in Gulf Shores and had a generally pleasant experience. The location was absolutely perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. The highlight of the property was definitely the balcony, which offered stunning views of the ocean and was a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The pool was also a nice amenity, clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing option after a day at the beach.
The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of activities. The convenience of being within walking distance to the beach made the stay even more enjoyable, allowing for spontaneous trips to the shore.
However, there were a few issues that need addressing. The toilet in the unit kept running, which was a bit of a nuisance. Additionally, the closet doors were problematic and tended to fall down, which was inconvenient. Despite being new, the dishwasher was not in good condition. It was not installed correctly, and every time I opened it, it felt like it was coming out of its spot.
Overall, while there were a few maintenance issues, the positives of the stay - the location, the view, and the amenities - outweighed the negatives. With a bit of attention to these minor fixes, this property could be an even more fantastic getaway spot.
