Magnificent sea view for this bright and quiet 2 room apartment. The living room, dining area, kitchen and terrace are facing south.
You have a bedroom with 2 80 cm or 1 160 cm beds, a BZ sofa in the living room and a bathroom with WC.
The kitchen is equipped with LV, LL, mixed stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer.
Iron and board, hair dryer.
For sunny days, an electric BBC is at your disposal.
You can do your shopping on foot, shops and market at 100 m.
Beach 800 m, port of Morgat 1 km. GR 34 to discover the Crozon Peninsula.
Private parking space, bicycle storage.

Une vue à couper le souffle ! On ne se lasse pas de l’horizon.. et c’est vraiment l’atout du logement. La pièce de vie est également un atout tant par son aménagement que par sa luminosité. Quelques vétustés que nous avons signalés et qui devraient être remplacées. Espérons que les travaux de l’immeuble à côté ne seront pas gênants les prochains mois. Un très bon séjour!

Accueil chaleureux avec petit cadeau de bonne arrivée. Très bien équipé et très lumineux. Local vélo et place parking dédiée appréciable. Belle terrasse pour apprécier la vue sur la baie de Morgat. Très bien situé en centre-villeville à côté de tous commerces et marché. Seule difficulté pour personnes non sportive les 4 étages sans ascenseur mais une telle vue se mérite. Jacques & Bea

Appartement agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Morgat. Très bien équipé. Le petit bémol la chambre donne sur le côté circulation un peu bruyant et pas très bien isolé.(attention impact sur les charges en plus du prix de location affiché.) Un petit rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu ! Moquette et chaises extérieures très rouillées .... Mais ces petits détails ne nous ont pas empêché de passer une semaine agréable surtout après un confinement sans fin.

Appart très lumineux et bien chauffé en hiver par le moindre rayon de soleil. La vue est imprenable assurément, on ne s'en lasse jamais. L'appart se rafraichit progressivement, il sera peut-être encore meilleur lors de votre prochain passage ;) Rien à rien dire sur le reste, très bien équipé (il y a un lave-linge non mentionné dans les équipements).

Wir hatten einen tolle Zeit in dieser kleinen, gemütlichen Wohnung in bester Lage. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert und die Küche bietet alle notwendigen Utensilien. Das Bett ist bequem und die Dusche angenehm. Das Highlight ist aber sicherlich der Balkon in Süd-Richtung mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Man bekommt den ganzen Tag (von Sonnenauf- bis Untergang!) Sonne ab. Die Lage ist ebenfalls bestens. Circa zehn Minuten Fußweg zu einem schönen, ruhigen Strand (15 Minuten zurück, da bergauf), ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Tür und der tägliche Markt mit lokalen Produkten ist in einer Minute erreicht. Bis zur Strandpromenade in Morgat sind es circa 30 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, das Schlafzimmer ist zur Straße ausgerichtet, auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz und eine Schule, wir haben uns dadurch aber überhaupt nicht gestört gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Außerdem bedanken wir uns bei Florence für die gute Kommunikation, den freundlichen Empfang und die unkomplizierte Übergabe.
