Location location location
The heating system was poor. There was an air conditioner unit that was on all the time - no instructions on how to adjust, turn on/off and it was noisy! Radiators were lukewarm. The warmest place was the bathroom which had under floor heating. When the temperature outside was around 0 degrees it was just about OK. But when it want down to minus 26 to minus 30, we were cold!

- the paper from the company was not in English, it was a bit difficult to understand where to find the phone number of the owner
