About this apartment rental
Spinnaker 33 is located midtown in a low rise condomium. It is a two-bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront unit with doublewide balcony and a beachy charm. This is the perfect place for a great vacation. The living room is furnished with calming blues and soft wood tones. The sliding balcony glass door offers plenty of natural light and a direct ocean view. The furniture faces a ROKU television and a telescope sits at the back of the room so you can take a closer look at the sea and stars. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals for a family of six. Next to the dining area is a fully stocked kitchen with a wide counter perfect for conversations or sneaking a quick bite. Down the hall from the kitchen is a bathroom and the first bedroom, furnished with a double size, bunk beds, and a streaming TV. The second bedroom (Master) is just off the living room, and is furnished with a queen bed, a twin bed, streaming TV, private bathroom, an ocean view and direct access to the balcony. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family! The balcony includes tables and chairs for AL Fresco dining.
Condo Amenities: central air conditioning, one reserved parking space, free Wi-Fi, three TVs, full-size washer and dryer, ice maker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, disposal, stove, dishwasher, vacuums, and key-less entry.

The property is in the perfect location, just a bit south of the high rises. The beach is a bit less congested, but you’re still in walking distance of good restaurants and OC attractions. Communication was excellent. The ocean view was beautiful. On the other hand, given the quite lengthy notice about Covid cleaning protocols, we were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. We also felt it was a bit “bare bones,” and a few things needed attention: lights weren’t working, the tv in the second bedroom turned on arbitrarily (even when turned off, it came back on within a few minutes. I had to unplug it.), and finishes were dated. In fairness, this was a last minute rental and we were happy to have found it despite its few shortcomings.
