Vista al mar, muy buena ubicacion. Buena luz y ventilacion. Muy amable el anfitrion.
Faltaba alguna mesa/escritorio para apoyar algo, trabajar, desayunar, etc.
Se podría agregar un mínimo de utensillos de cocina , pava electrica, cafetera, etc.

Simone è stato cordiale e disponibile ma purtroppo non é sufficiente per la buona riuscita.
Le foto della struttura non erano pienamente corrispondenti all'appartamento, in particolare il bagno era un'altro, molto più vecchio e senza box doccia.. Simone ci ha proposto un'altra appartamento, ma qui non c'era la finestra!
🧽 🧹 Purtroppo abbiamo avuto delle sorprese anche quu, le lenzuola del letto singolo non erano state sostituite dopo l'uso ( è venuto in 15 minuti a rifare il letto). In cucina ho trovato stoviglie riposte con segni di cibo. In generale non posso considerare che sia stata fatta una pulizia della stanza adeguata e accurata ma solo una sommaria pulizia del bagno e del pavimento.
🅿️ Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio è segnato gratuito, pubblico, in zona. Purtroppo i posti gratuiti sono circa 1/5 di quelli a pagamento ed è molto difficile trovare, soprattutto al rientro pomeridiano/serale. Segnalo che verso ora di cena occorrono circa 20 min per trovare un parcheggio a pagamento (1.5 € all'ora fino alle 1.00 am). Tutto tranne che gratuito 🤑
