Spend a fabulous vacation in this beautifully decorated and fully equipped condominium on Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Florida. Watch the waves from your balcony or search for sharks' teeth on 13 miles of pristine beach just outside your door. This unit is located on the third floor and has recently been remodeled. It is completely equipped for a carefree vacation including washer and dryer. The property features a walkway to the beach, swimming pool, outside barbecue grill, outside shower to rinse off sand, and assigned parking.
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. at the unit. An earlier time check-in may be available. This depends on whether someone has checked out that day. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. A later time may be available if no one is checking in that day.

The condo was right on the beach which made it even better. The pool was great! It was clean and had pretty much everything you needed for your stay. A few details that I didn’t care for. Everything was pretty outdated, the super in the master was very small and old which made ir very hard to shower in. The guest bathroom was better, still very old, and the shower doors wouldn’t stay closed which made the water come out all over the floor. A positive, there were beach umbrellas, towels, beach toys and boogie boards, which made the time at the beach that much more enjoyable!! We had a wonderful time! Despite the appliances and shower areas being very outdated, I would go back again. I do recommend!

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean, had great supplies. Everything was as described. We even thought the parking spot was above the curve. And there aren't enough great words to describe the view. AMAZING! The owner was very responsive to questions. We have been looking for a "favorite" to return to at Amelia Island and we have found it. We highly recommend this unit.

Clean, well appointed 3rd floor condo on the beach with balcony. Well equipped kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. Owner provided a second parking spot. Great location.

Very nice, clean and quiet condo. View is spectacular. Host Mary Ann is very friendly and responsive. King bed is a little creaky, but comfy. Everything you need is there! Would rent again. Fernandina Beach is a great area!
